These personal, word of mouth testimonials are incredibly powerful.
According to a recent article about word of mouth marketing in Forbes magazine, 92% of consumers believe recommendations from friends and family over all forms of advertising.
But how do you get this word of mouth marketing out to the broader public in a way that is impactful and memorable? By putting it on video of course.
